We’re looking for dedicated arts enthusiasts to help us celebrate and support our growing community. Whether you have time, talent, or a special skill to share, there’s always a way to contribute—and every bit is appreciated.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Production Support: Help with front-of-house, ushering, setup/strike, and backstage logistics at Showcase events.
   
• Administrative Assistance: Assist with cast check-in, registration, digital onboarding, and communications.
   
• Marketing & Media: Support social media scheduling, content creation, photography, and email campaigns.
   
• Board & Committee Roles: Join a leadership team shaping the future of MTAA through strategy, governance, or event planning.
   
• Tech & Operations: Help manage our digital infrastructure, including Google Workspace, file organization, and form workflows.
